In inAtomic, you can easily sync products from Clover and manage product-related data to help you create purchase orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
When managing products in inAtomic, it's important to understand the difference between an Item and a Case.
An Item is a single unit of a product purchased from a vendor and sold as-is to the customer. Example: 1 bottle of shampoo.
A Case is a group of the same product, packaged and sold as a single unit by the vendor but typically sold individually to customers at your retail location. Example: A box containing 12 bottles of shampoo.
To ensure a smooth ordering process with vendors and accurate inventory management at your retail location, the following data must be set up for both Items and Cases in the inAtomic app:
For Items, configure:
For Cases, configure:
Box Quantity (Number of individual items per case)
