In the inAtomic app, the term "Business" refers to a retail location. To utilize the app's functionality, each store owner is required to create a business profile within the app. This profile must then be linked to their Clover account. By doing so, store owners can access and manage the various features in the inAtomic app.
To create new Business account in the app,
Select "Business" from the left navigation.
Click the "+" button in the top right corner.
3. Fill out the form with your business details.
Business Name
Phone Number
Store Manager Email (If another person will be using the app to manage product, price, and purchase order etc. You can add multiple store manager to the business)
Update Cost in Clover (If you want to sync back product cost related information from inAtomic to Clover)
Street Address
Street Address Line 2
City
State / Province / Region
Postal Code / Zipcode
4. Click "Save" to create your business account.
To enable automatic synchronization of product data and inventory updates, every business account should be linked to a Merchant account in Clover. This integration allows inAtomic to seamlessly import product information from Clover and update pirchase order details (inventory quantity, cost etc.) back into clover.
To link an inAtomic business account to a Clover Merchant account:
Create a Business Account
Choose the business you want to connect to the Clover Merchant account.
3. From the Business section, select "Connect."
4. Log in to your Clover account and connect with the Merchant account.
To simplify purchase order creation, track product quantities, and manage product information, you can sync product data from Clover Merchant account to inAtomic.
To sync product data from Clover to inAtomic:
Select the business for which you want to sync product data.
Click the "Sync" button. The synchronization process will take a few minutes to sync all product data from Clover to the inAtomic app.
💡After the initial sync, inAtomic automatically updates product data from Clover every three hours.
